Purcell Estate man charged with Aggravated Burglary, Assault & Trespassing

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Police arrested and charged Alquimedes Rabsatt, 41 of Purcell Estate on September 22, 2019, for Aggravated Burglary, Armed with an Offensive Weapon, Common Assault and Criminal Trespass.

This is according to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) in its Arrest Blotter for the period September 15-28, 2019.

He was granted bail in the amount of $50,000 with two signed sureties and will appear before the Magistrate’s Court on October 24, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

THEFT
On 17-09-19 at 16:40hrs, Police arrested and charged Leroy Fergus, 32 of East End for 2 counts of Theft. He was granted bail in the amount of $60,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 01-11-19 at 09:00hrs.

On 17-09-19 at 09:25hrs, Police arrested and charged Kerron Fagon, 25 of Nottingham Estate for Theft. He was granted bail in the amount of $50,000 with two signed sureties to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 23-10-19 on 09:00hrs.

On 26-09-16 at 19:08hrs, Police arrested and charged Sheldon McKenzie, 40 of Long Look for Theft. He was granted bail in the amount of $5.000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 8-11-19 at 09:00hrs.

INFLICTING GREVIOUS BODILY HARM
On 16-09-2019 at 06:30hrs, Police arrested and charged Randy Butler, 44 of Long Look for Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm and Destroying Property. He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 23-09-19.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION
On 20-09-2019 at 23:36hrs, Police arrested and charged Tray Audaine, 23 of North Sound, Virgin Gorda for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the amount of $2,000 with a signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 6-11-19 at 09:00hrs.

On 22-09-2019 at 14:06hrs, Police arrested and charged Addison Nisbett, 36 of Sea Cow’s Bay for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply to Another, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug and Escaping Lawful Custody. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 27-11-19 at 09:00hrs.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On 20-09-2019 at 23:01hrs, Police arrested and charged Leon Forbes, 22 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda for Disorderly Conduct and Indecent Language. He was granted bail in the amount of $2,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 21-09-19 at 09:00hrs.

On 23-09-2019 at 15:39hrs, Police arrested and charged Leonard Leando Frett. 60 of Old Plantation for Disorderly Conduct in a public Place, Assault of Police, Indecent Language and Resisting Arrest. He was granted bail in the amount of $2,000 in his own surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 30-10-19 at 09:00hrs.

DRIVING UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED VEHICLE
On 17-09-2019 at 16:45hrs, Police arrested and charged Tia Thomas, 22 of East End for Driving without Driver’s License, Driving When Not Covered by Policy of Insurance, Tinted Windows and Failing to Comply with a No-Entry Sign. She was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 22-10-19 at 09:00hrs.
