Seeking new information on Clinton Hodge one year after disappearance reported

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force are today appealing for help from the public regarding Clinton Hodge, born in Tortola, who went missing a year ago, on or around the September 26, 2011.

Mr. Hodge was reported missing back in December 2011 and the investigation into his disappearance has subsequently been passed to the Major Crime Team. 

Mr Hodge is a retired Government employee, known to his friends as ‘Tug’. He lived in Main Street and was known to occasionally drink in local bars. 

On the 17th of August 2011, he married Fianmy Ulloa Marquez at the Registrar Generals Office in Road Town. 

He was last in contact with a friend on the 26th September 2011 and has not been seen, or spoken to, since. Police investigations reveal that Mr. Hodge’s bank account has not been accessed since late August 2011 and his pension cheques remain uncollected at the Government Treasury counter. 

Mr Hodge has a United States passport but Police enquires show that he has not entered the US or flown with any airline in the Caribbean region. 

Mr Hodge has a circle of very good friends and family who continue to express concerns about his current whereabouts. They have shared with the police a great deal of useful information; nonetheless, his whereabouts still remain unknown. 

The police are appealing for any information that may assist in locating Mr Hodge. He is described as being of dark brown complexion, 5’10” low cut hair. He is around 170 lbs
