ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The following is the arrest blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) from February 3, 2019 to February 9, 2019.

ASSISTING AN OFFENDER

On February 3, 2019, Police arrested and charged Allina Sprauve of Cane Garden Bay for Assisting an Offender.  

On February 4, 2019, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old female of Fort Hill for Assisting an Offender.

THEFT

On February 5, 2019, Police arrested and charged Nesta Cornwall, 37, of Lower Estate for Theft and Common Assault. He is to appear at Magistrate’s Court on 08-03-2019 at 0900hrs.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On February 5, 2019, Police arrested and charged Herman Horne, 46, of Baughers Bay for Disorderly Conduct in a Police Station, Insulting Language and Indecent Language.  

OVERSTAYING

On February, 6, 2019, Police arrested and charged Luis Enrique Zapata-Rodriquez, a Venezuelan national, for Overstaying.

POSSESSION OF PROCEEDS OF CRIMINAL CONDUCT

On February 6, 2019, Police arrested and charged Carnelius Fountain, a national of Antigua and Daverson Williams, a national of St. Vincent for the offence of Possession of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct.
