Pickup truck explodes; engulfed in flames near Lower Estate

LOWER ESTATE, Tortola, VI- It was sometime yesterday, Thursday May 17, 2018, around 5:15 P.M. that a pickup truck caught on fire in the area close to Lower Estate. No one was injured and the cause of the fire is being investigated by both the Fire and Rescue Service and the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).

The owner of the pickup truck was not immediately known at this time.  The fire was put out by the Fire Department, moments after they arrived on the scene.
