Harrigan aka 'Juggy' for District 5, Hipolito D. Penn for District 7, Hon Marlon A. Penn for District 8 and Hon Hubert R. O’Neal for District 9.

Rally announced

With no cultural performances and brief remarks from Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Honourable D. Orlando Smith (AL)—a founding member of the Party—last night's event was still filled with much hype as the party kicks off its elections campaign.

The conference room of the venue was filled with NDP supporters, chanting and showing their support for the newly announced slate.

Ahead of the House of Assembly (HoA) officially dissolving to make way for elections, the NDP has announced that its first Prep Rally will take place on January 12, 2019, at the Road Town Market Square.

I’m big concerned about this. For example Grant as chairman for festival committee couldn’t make one single decision on any matter because he always had to speak to the minister first... will that type of behavior be the same from everyone under walwyn because there are two others on here the operate the same way and it always comes across as if they a fearful of crossing the minister. I cannot put my X on anyone of these lackies. Alvera probably the only one who would stand up to him if she has too. The rest are just puppets

People take a good look at that photo. Look at all those who are sitting with the outgoing premier. That’s the cabinet right there if by the stroke of any imagination, NDP should win. Mark will not want a ministerial position again, so they already have it settled, Myron- Premier and Minister of Finance & Tourism. Marlon- Deputy and Minister of Health, Sandy- Minister of Education, Trevor- Minister of Natural Resources, Henry-Minister of Works & Communication. The two junior Ministers will be a task up. People don’t be fooled, these people are up to no good. Well Myron was echoing last night things that he claims the NDP did that were good but now the people are echoing their bad deeds: 1. Who created the biggest national debt to this territory-NDP, 2. Who overspend 40 million dollars on a Pier Park- NDP, 3. Who spend 1.6 million on a wall- NDP, 4. Who gave away 7.2 million dollars of tax payers money to an alleged Airline- NDP, 5. Who gave away millions of tax payers money to their cronies as consultants-NDP, 6. Who stole millions from Road Town and VG Hospital projects-NDP, 7. Who sell out the lands in Beef Island to the Chinese man-NDP, 8. Under whose watch Delta fuel ⛽️ was seized, now it’s going to cause taxpayers 50 million dollars- NDP, 9. Who dry the treasury of the territory that after the hurricane nothing can be done without donors-NDP. Who is the worst government in the history of this territory-NDP. Who gave away over 200 thousand dollars of tax payers money to a student in NEW York who never attend university-NDP. So my people are we going to allow the NDP to finish us off while the enriched themselves? I say no way. Get rid of all of them, NDP 1 and 2. Save this country from this cult. Don’t allow them to kill us.

Myron, ndp is about family. You have one on there who like to interfere with people family, them and them family. The moral mindset of them from whence they came!!! Not my X. Wolves in sheep clothing. I like you Myron but giving one X is strengthen the rest of the team. People need to check their backyard before they decide to run. Wrong choice

Why does her community look sooo run down? Have you driven behind Onemart ever? The roads and the community housing is horrible. Disgraceful! What an eye sore!

Is she to blame for how her district look? Hadcshe not been calling and begging for her roads to get fixed and garbage to be removed and revamp the bins. Guess you want her to go spend her personal money to get things done. Need flash,
She has no personal money after people like you beg her for her salary.

She is the district Rep. She need to fix those pool size potholes in the road yes. Beg her for her salary? Blogger please..I have a job I don’t need handouts or white envelopes. I would beg her to have some integrity and change parties if the NDP refuses to fund important projects as these.

I look at all the candidates so far, across the various parties and to be honest they all have their shortcomings but I must say this group looks the most promising. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and as my grandmother would say, empty vessels make the most noise, so don't mind the noise.

Did the NDP make some mistakes. Sure they did, but let's be fair, they did some great things too. Mistakes are to be learned from. I come from the Corporate environment and when they make changes for the better they don't throw out the baby with the bath water. They change who is at the helm and regroup.

You all have my vote and that of my family of 7. Just wish you had a candidate in the 2nd District.
