Myett’s Celebrates 20 Successful Years with Great Activities and Music

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Myett’s marks 20 years of dedicated service to the BVI public and tourists by hosting various celebratory events as a gesture of thanks to all their loyal customers.

From November 23rd to 25th Myett’s management and staff will say thank you to everyone for making their last 20 years possible. Throughout the three-day celebration Myett’s will be hosting a number of activities such as a Jump Up & Limbo contest, rum tasting, live music, prize giveaways and raffles for a chance to win a Caribbean cruise for two.

“We are very elated that we can join with our customers and the BVI public to celebrate this milestone for our business. We have grown so much over the years and it has all been made possible by our faithful customers and of course the BVI residents, and for this we just want to say thank you,” said Leon, Kareem and Valarie Rhymer, Owners of Myett’s.

The public is invited to come out and celebrate this momentous occasion with the staff and management of Myett’s.

As an added commitment to their continued service and dedication, Myett’s has added new services and will continue to operate the current services that their guests know and love. Myett’s will start serving brunch in the upcoming season and will continue to provide good quality entertainment at no cost to the customers, great food and hospitality as well as their happy hour specials.

 

Myett’s has also recently become Green Globe Certified making them the second property in the BVI to attain this accreditation. Myett’s was able to successfully complete the programme on October 15th and become internationally recognised as a Green Globe Certified property. Thus, the property will be operated under the guidelines of Green Globe, playing a greater role to protect and sustain the environment as well as encouraging their staff and guests to do the same.

Established in 1992, Kareem Rhymer, & brother Sandman opened its doors on the beach in beautiful Cane Garden Bay.  Kareem’s wife Valerie joined the partnership in 1993.  The small restaurant & bar enjoyed immediate success and gained a reputation from tourists and locals alike as being one of the best in the Caribbean.  Offering extra friendly service, excellent food, a great live entertainment schedule, the success carries on.
