Masked gunmen rob business establishment on VG

VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – A business establishment on Virgin Gorda fell victim to masked gunmen on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

According to a press release from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) this evening, September 6, 2019, two masked gunmen entered the establishment known as VG Graphics, adjacent Prince Bar “in the early hours” demanding cash.

It said a total of $30.00 in cash and coins was stolen and the perpetrators fled the scene on foot. The victims received no injuries during the robbery.

The suspects are described as slim built and approximately 5ft 5’. At the time they were wearing all black with masks on their faces.

Officers of the Criminal Investigations Department are said to be in active pursuit of the robbers.

Persons with information on the identity of these suspects are asked to contact the Virgin Gorda Police Station directly or call the RVIPF access number 311. Persons can also call the RVIPF Intelligence Unit at 368-9339.

“All information will be held in the strictest confidence,” the RVIPF assured.

    The thing start but that’s why we recruit so many policemen the VI expecting a lot of crimes. With this influx of people in the country we have a lot more to go. People have to eat and a lot not working
