Masa Pemberton arrested & charged over FB sex video!
Mr Pemberton, who is associated with an entertainment website here in Virgin Islands, was taken into police custody on Tuesday October 20, 2015 and released yesterday October 21, 2015 in relation to the publication of a video with a female performing a sexual act on a man at a business place on the eastern end of the main island of Tortola.
According to our news room’s sources close to the situation, a search warrant was executed at the home of the young man’s relative and various pieces of equipment, including a computer, were seized.
It is also alleged that Mr Pemberton has been charged with Obscene Publication; however, no court date has been announced.
Efforts to reach Mr Pemberton were futile, however, a recent post on his Facebook page stated: “Hi. Just letting yall no I'm ok. Can't keep a good man down. Positive people everywhere.” It is not clear, however, whether Mr Pemberton was referring to his run in with the law in his facebook post.
A few months ago a website labeled Mr Pemberton as one of the most hated in the Virgin Islands.
Meanwhile, Police Information Officer Diane Drayton didn't respond to our queries on Mr Pemberton's detention.

Did the bald head man as you call him. was it a minor in the picture with him. if not shut up and go sit down. the main issue here is that the girl is a minor. I'm sure if you have a child her age you would be saying something different right about. Mankind mind and way of thinking is getting to slack. We find any and everything to be amusing..... I know this youth very well. but putting such up on faceboook was overing to the fullest.

I sicked of these politician and they bullying tactics. What Masa done may have been wrong but it is no more wrong that what what others are doing and getting away scot free with.
I wish someone would humble these wanna be untouchables. They sickening man.

@Cool Customer...Other than caribbean countries, where have you lived? His job at the hospital has nothing to do with his social media career. Have you ever heard of the US? If you haven't it governs St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. John. There's a thing called freedom of speech. Had he worked in the US at a hospital, people would have opinions about his second career and that's just about it. He WOULDN'T be terminated because unless he violated the hospital's policies and I don't see how uploading a video violates his job policies.
Another thing stop getting on him for posting the video, did anyone have a problem being videotaped? If they didn't want to be shamed or worried about shaming their family they @$$ wouldn't have been there in the first place.
What these people who commenting on his post laughing at other people's don't realize when they too slip- he will blast them as well...
He do deserve to be locked up and know it's a positive move in moving forward as an adult.
The police would have taken the video, and try to cover it up for their fellow partner? AND! the damn video was viral on WhatsApp hrssss before he posted it on FB! So they have to lock up everybody that received, and sent the video... Makes sense ? No! So they went for the most popular person, which is easier for them?

Some of theses girls need to learn how to keep their skirts down...they want to hang their hat, where their hands can't reach, doing all sorts of things in the name of MONEY...some of them have no shame coming to buy pregnancy kits AND MORNING AFTER PILLS in SCHOOL UNIFORMS...when they're turned down, they send some older friend to pick it up....they lie about their age, when they're out of uniforms, you cant even tell the difference between a CHILD AND ADULT....they dress provocatively just to entice the opposite sex..while some parents knows what's going on, they turn a blind eye...until it's to late..until people like this young man take the fall for the sickening things that has been plaguing this territory...I AM NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH WHAT HE DID...but the real perpetrators are still out there roaming the streets...some said he should take the tape to the police, don't you think theses officers have the very same tape, if the guy didn't put it out IT WOULD JUST BE SWEPT UNDER THE RUG... some people upset and scared.SO THEY TRYING TO CRUCIFY THIS YOUNG MAN.....ANYTHING HAPPENS ON TORTOLA..MONEY TALKS..BULLS%^t WALKS..
