Man passes out while driving; Runs off road in Horse Path

HORSE PATH, Tortola, VI- It was just before 7:00 P.M. on Saturday May 26, 2018 that a lone driver of a minivan belonging to Corea’s Business Services was in an accident.

According to information reaching our newsroom, the male driver may have taken ill then lost consciousness and ran off the road in the Horse Path area of Tortola. His ford transit automobile was stopped from going over a hill by trees.

The man was rescued by persons in the area and taken away by ambulance to Peebles Hospital where he remains a patient at this time.

Hospital sources confirmed the man sustained no injuries and is undergoing tests at the only public medical facility on Tortola.
