Only an idiot drives fast or even reverse anything fast in a parking lot. I have seen careless parents allow their children to walk behind cars and the driver can’t see them. This is why everyone needs to go slow. A slow bump is better than major damage or life threatening. And you careless parents should hold onto your children at all times.

While you are entitled to your opinion there is no need for name calling. You sound angry. I saw the video and was in disbelief. Clearly, the driver of the jeep was negligent and not exercising due care to other motorist and pedestrians in the parking lot. It is a lesson for all of us who drive on these roads. I have seen a lot of crazy driving on these roads even more so since Irma. We should drive with due care and consideration for others. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured person involved in this unfortunate accident.

@ Luvoz, you’re right, I am angry, I lost a relatives due to speeding with no care for human life. This crap has been happening for years so don’t blame it on the hurricanes. I am as you are, entitled to my opinion, so why are you on here trying to correct me? Correct yourself for saying the same thing about drivers I just said.

Read and understand Hector! You are responding base on emotions please relax and be level headed. I don’t condone wrong doings however; why do we as humans always quick to call people degrading names? Oh sorry, that is your right. Please carry on. You are not the only one who have lost a loved one by reckless driving. Do have a blessed week. Sorry to ruffle your feathers.

SUV slammed into the truck in reverse. People be careful, slow down. BVI is only 30 sq miles, a few mins from end to end.

Stupid car backing up too fast, and in a parking lot at that.

A couple of days ago, an ambulance making a turn at the rear of the parking lot, hit a lady’s car while she was sitting in and was parked. It was clearly the ambulance drivers fault for not judging the space to make the turn.

Ever stop to think it was a transmission problem, foot somehow got stuck between the pedals, or a medical condition that resulted in the mishap?

    You people smh

I was thinking the same thing. Thanks for taking time to think things through. Things are not always what they appear. People in general are too quick to judge and jump to conclusion even when they do not have all the facts.

No one knows what happened to that driver and that vehicle that day, so we can just sit behind a phone and computer and cast all kinds of aspersions. But the quickness with which that vehicle came backwards tells me something went wrong. Thank God no one was injured including the age-able driver
