Police are investigating a report of the robbery at L&R Wholesale in Baughers Bay around midday yesterday, July 25, 2017.
The store clerk reported that a lone gunman approached her while in the establishment and demanded money. She pointed to the day’s earnings which the assailant took. He then fled the scene on a scooter. No one was injured in the incident.
The assailant was masked at the time of the incident but no other description was given. Police continue their investigations.
