Kitchen Supervisor
Dolphin Discovery BVI Limited - He/she must have the ability to delegate and as well as promote team work. They will be responsible for coordinating the staff and maintaining a daily inventory of the inflow and outflow of stock. In addition, ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitise and as well as assist in the food preparation and in other areas which maybe require on day to day basis.
Applicants must have experience in microsoft programs and have atleast three years of experience in culinary or preferably a degree.
