How come they got this visit on the hush hush on the DL????...when the Duke from the UK was coming his visit was all over the place, when the Minister for the Overseas Territory from the UK was coming it was all over the place...now here is an African king coming to see the people of the Diaspora and there is not one press statement. What double standards?????...so if you are visiting the BVI you have to be white to get a press release and a ton of security out...but if you are an African Prince like Mr kalonzo Musyoka is, you come in under the radar. Thank god for online news thanks god for VINO!!

Ah hush wid your racist bull cr@p. If it was the other way around you'd say they sneaking in white dignitaries to do all kinda secret stuff. Maybe BVI govt got this fella over here for some hush hush DL reason but because he from Africa you assume he's a king? You never heard Africa have hundreds of millions of people? And you think all of them with black skin is good people who look out for each other all the time? And you didn't hear USA and Europe and Russia got hundreds of millions of white people, too? You think they all agree on everything and they all hate black people all the time? Take off your divisive spectacles and see the world as it is. Get real. Get a life.

@ no way- THAT is how you justify your hatred of other human beings, by saying you can do no wrong because "you have no power?" So because "you have no power" (whatever the heck that means anyway - what? - all white people in the world have power, and never experienced oppression in their past?) you can ignore our common humanity and justifiably hate other human beings. Racism is partly about power relations, true, but at its heart it is about human relationships. One man cannot justify hating another because of the colour of their skin. That is called racism, no matter what the skin colours involved. That's what's disgusting about you people who heard the word of to Martin Luther King Jr, Malcolm X, Bob Marley, Neslon Mandela - BUT just ignore the whole story they were all telling us! None of those people promoted hatred of other races.

The Vice-president of an African nation visiting the Virgin Islands!! This is WONDERFUL! Now THIS is news. There was a lot of pomp and circumstance surrounding those UK visitors. Remember, Africa taught the world about royalty through the original Kings and Queens. Are we not proud? Are we not impressed? Are we not enthusiastic? Our brother, and accomplished ruler from our original homeland will be here! Remember who we are . . . . . . . . . .

Now THIS is wonderful news. A leader from our original homeland will be in the Caribbean, and in OUR Territory. HE deserves all the pomp and circumstance from an island of black people. We made a big show when we had UK visitors here. Remember, the original Kings, Queens and Kingdoms of Africa taught the world about royalty. Are we not proud, enthusiastic and excited? Remember who and what we are . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

as a history teacher most political and civil society groups should welcome this visit as Kenya has come a long way in the development of its people and to keep pressure on the young democracy from turning back to the military leaders.
