Kalik S. Aaron wins 2016 BVI Spring Fest Black Jack Run

CANE GARDEN BAY, Tortola, VI – Kalik S. Aaron last evening March 6, 2016 walked away the winner of the 2016 BVI Spring Fest Black Jack Run and as a result took home $1,500 cash and a cellular phone from event sponsor CCT.

The Black Jack Run, the culmination of the three-day weekend of BVI Spring Fest 2016, saw persons sailing to various islands to play a hand of Black Jack. 

They then returned to Myett’s Beach Front in Cane Garden Bay for the final hand and the announcement of the winner. 

“Well I feel good. I just had confidence. I just played my cards and went through the run,” said Aaron. 

“I went to Norman Island, Jost Van Dyke and right back here to Cane Garden Bay,” he said. 

The young man said he took part in Black Jack Run last year and was also a participant in the Leverick Bay Poker Run. 

The BVI Spring Fest commenced on Friday March 4, 2016 with headline acts Trina out of the United States and R-City, the sibling duo out of St Thomas, USVI with Showtime Band opening the night's action.

The following night, Saturday March 5, 2016, it was time for Demarco, the dance hall artist from Jamaica who has been putting out hits from the nineties to present. He was preceded on stage by soca diva out of Trinidad and Tobago Patrice Roberts.

Closing off the activities on Sunday March 6, 2016 was top Virgin Islands band VIBE.

        How are people HATERS of the family? Tell me. I personally don't understand why you say this. If you in the news for negative things and people call IT LIKE THEY SEE IT it is not hate. Now coming online and dissing this particular youth in this situation would be considered HATE for sure.
