ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Hurricane Irma has left many persons without many of the luxuries they are accustomed to while they battle to get their lives back to some semblance of normality. iSmart seeks to ease the load of three lucky persons in their iSmart Make a Dream Come Through Contest.

“We know a lot of people went through a lot of things after the hurricanes and the storm. We have a lot of loyal customers and good customers... Most of our customers are very genuine and loyal and we want to show them how we appreciated them and just give back something after all this stress.”

The Tarabay family, proprietors of Variety Apparel and the iSmart store, is spreading Christmas cheers to three lucky persons who will each win a prize that best suits their need. The three prizes up for grabs are 50 inch Element television set, a Nintendo Switch Gaming Console and an Apple iPad.

“The Government gave us a break in terms of duty free concessions and that sort of thing and we are trying to do that in our prices but also we wanted to give back as well. These three prizes are representative of trying to give back something to individuals who lost something and maybe can’t, right now, put themselves together to afford these things,” said Mr Bashar Tarabay, proprietor of iSmart.

Rules

If you are looking for a way to get an amazing gift for someone, young or old, who is “disabled, heading a single parent home, have little or no income or has lost a lot because of the hurricanes but is fighting to get back to normal,” then this contest is for you.

No purchases are required to enter the contest. “It’s a giveaway, you don’t have to spend a dime,” added Mr Tarabay

Persons can enter by writing to the ‘Dream Angels at iSmart’ detailing why that person deserves to have their dream come through and identify which item is ideal for them. Participants can hand deliver their letters to the iSmart Pop Up Store in the Variety Apparel building no later than Monday December 18, 2017 at noon.

Announcements will be made on the store’s Facebook page so contestants are advised to like the Facebook page and monitor it for the announcements.

Rebuilding

Both iSmart and Variety Apparels sustained major damages and loses due to the recent hurricanes and the spate of looting that ensued. While iSmart has reopened in the location at Variety Apparels, Variety Apparels is not quite ready to offer the public the 'fitting' service it once did.

rock, I'm sure they may mean well but on the flip side this is nothing more than a promotion. It is a marketing expense thats all. Do you ask God to bless black managed companies like digicel and ctl for their promotions?
