Quite a few people are in HR positions who have a paper degree and do not have the knack for "Human Resources".

Is it that the reason we want the HR Managers to go, because we don't want to follow procedures and guidelines and when we are corrected we get upset. We need law and order in the work places.

At the end of the day, how are the human individuals being treated in the workplace, be it private sector or public sector ? We lack the most fundamental aspect of human resources which is truly caring for people. Reminder, slavery was abolished in 1834. Let us all strive to restore the "human" in human resources.
