We want elections-the people

Many residents however, are more focused on when the HoA will be dissolved instead, paving way for a new General Elections, which is due by June 2019.

Please tell Her Majesty we need to hear a plan of action from the throne, not some rehearsed, not written by her speech, that can not help us in this time of recovery.

Even if you do not want to launch any commission of inquiries in our affairs to protect the fragility of our BVI and your future legacy; please advise this sitting government to set a date for early elections. It is the least you can do to protect all parties affected. This sitting government has been an embarrassment to democracy as we know it. At this point they are shuffling consultants and civil servants in positions to safeguard themselves from impending doom, but it is too little to late. It will not work.

Call for Early Elections and let’s get on with the people’s business. Let’s make Our British Virgin Islands a People’s-First nation. This sitting government is keeping us back and you know it because of your expertise. Please stand for what’s right at this juncture in our story.
