ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Since the 2011 General Elections, the decorum of the House of Assembly (HoA), has been at its lowest.

Many describe the place as a ‘circus’ and some members have disregard for the start time as other members have so complained.

New increased Opposition 

Today’s Tuesday, November 27, 2018, sitting will start late, as some members are reportedly at another ceremony.

Today will also see an increased opposition with some three political parties in the Opposition with 5 members the first time since 2003.  

They are the Main Opposition Virgin Islands Party (VIP) the Progressives United (UP) and the National Democratic Party 2 called the Progressive Virgin Islands Movement (PVIM).

    Why aare virgin islanders incapable of starting on time.
    The only things that do start on time are the High school concerts. So the teachers know it, and the kids are taught it. So what happens when they grow up?
