HM Prisoner charge with Assault, Escaping Lawful Custody

Several other prisoners were charged with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm according to the RVIPF in its Arrest Blotter for the period October 6 - 12, 2019.

ROAD TOWN, TORTOLA, VI - Police in the Virgin Islands (VI) have arrested and charged Kyle Baronville, a Prisoner at Her Majesty’s Prison for 3 counts of Assault of a Prison Officer and Assault on a Police Officer.

The arrest happened on October 7, 2019, where the Prisoner was also charged with and Escaping Lawful Custody according to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) in its Arrest Blotter for the period October 6 - 12, 2019.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION
On October 6, 2019, at 19:04hrs, Police arrested and charged Jerry Thomas, 53 of Sea Cow’s Bay for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 11, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

ASSAULT OCCASSIONNG ACTUAL BODILY HARM
On October 7, 2019, at 11:30hrs, Police arrested and charged Akeem Hopkinson, 21 of Long Trench for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $10,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 27, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

On October 8, 2019, at 09:15hrs, Police arrested and charged Rashawn Donovan, 24 of Long Swamp for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Criminal Trespass.

On October 9, 2019, at 21:05hrs, Police arrested and charged Rayjiv Pickering, 33 of for Reckless and Negligent Navigation of a Vessel.

On October 10, 2019, at 13:00hrs, Police arrested and charged Aaron Headley, 24 of Great Mountain for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the amount of $3,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 21, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

On October 10, 2019, at 11:20hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 14, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

On October 10, 2019,  at 13:30hrs, Police arrested and charged a 13-year-old male for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 14, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

On October 12, 2019, at 15:00hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old male for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 14, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

On October 11, 2019,  at 12:30hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old male for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 14, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

On October 10, 2019,  at 15:35hrs, Police arrested and charged Dwight Callwood, 39 of Beef Island for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 21, 2019, at 09:00hrs.

OVERSTAYING IN THE TERRITORY
On October 7, 2019, at 00:30hrs, Police arrested and charged Felix Octavio Rodriguez, a 44 year old native of the Dominican Republic residing in Sea Cow’s Bay for Overstaying in the Territory, Using a Motor Vehicle When Not Covered by a Policy of Insurance in Respect of Third-Party Risk, Driving Without a Driver’s License, Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Reckless Driving.

He appeared before the Magistrate’s Court and was charged $500 for Overstaying in the Territory and was deported. He was also Reprimanded and Discharged for the Traffic Offences.

      bringing a person to court in my option is a waste of time.... we always talking bout going back to. the old days where we can fight then have a drink...now a tap check yah John's Hole
