Street lights replaced with energy saving lights!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - In continued efforts to reduce energy consumption in the Virgin Islands (VI), the BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC), yesterday July 10, 2012, launched its street lights pilot project that is to be monitored over a six month period and further introduced to the rest of the VI.

Power back on track, says Vanterpool

BVIEC truck rolls down Skelton Hill, no one hurt

Road Town, Tortola, VI - A bucket crane truck belonging to the BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) while parked on the top of Skelton's Hill, lower Road Town, collapsed and rolled down the hill.
