No infringements on Global's contract during time in office- Hon. Fraser
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Former Minister for Communications and Works Hon. Julian Fraser RA, has said there were no infringements on Global Water Associates’ contract with Government during his time in office and is also resting the blame on the confusion surrounding the BiWater Agreement at the feet of the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) administration, which he said continues to pretend that the Agreement and BiWater does not exist.
