SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – Another scintillating performance by MVP, Akeem Nibbs gave District 3 a 48-44 victory over District 4 in the U13 Final of the Sea Cows Bay Basketball Club’s Neil Thomas League on Saturday July 14, 2012.
