Poor class silently rising among us- Shaina M. Smith

SPANISH TOWN, Virgin Gorda, VI- Addressing Virgin Gordians last night Saturday October 15, 2011 at Spanish Town in The Valley, member of the People’s Patriotic Alliance (PPA) and Territorial At Large candidate Shaina M. Smith said the high cost of living was forcing a poor class system to emerge in the Territory and outlined some ideas that the PPA has in respect to tackling the problem if elected.
