Five cases completed at October Criminal Assizes
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Some five cases of the 16 scheduled to be heard were completed at the eventful October criminal Assizes, which closed last week Thursday December 13, 2012.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Roland ‘Crash’ Allen, who was accused of causing death by dangerous driving and reckless driving, had the charges dropped against him when he appeared before Justice Albert Redhead on the opening day of the October assizes today, October 9, 2012.
45% of cases completed in October HC assizes
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Case Manager for the October criminal assizes Sarah Benjamin revealed that 13 out of 29 cases were completed, as the assizes wrapped up this morning, Wednesday December 14, 2011.
