Phyllis Evans: Sharing HOA building with courts poses security & maintenance concerns
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Mrs. Phyllis Evans, Clerk of the House of Assembly told the 2012 Standing Finance Committee (SFC) during her deliberations that her office has issues like any other department, including skeleton staff, overwhelmed human resources and pressure placed particularly on her and the Acting Deputy Clerk.
