Dutch nationals to know if $45K will be forfeited May 25
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Senior Magistrate Valerie Stephens has extended the retention order for the Crown to hold $45,100 that was seized from two St. Maarten nationals in 2011 until May 25, 2012 where a forfeiture hearing for the money will commence.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Crown is still awaiting information from St. Maarten officials in relation to its application to confiscate US$45,000 from two Dutch nationals, who were arrested at the Terrance B Lettsome International Airport on June 13, 2011, according to Principal Crown Counsel Tiffany Scatliffe.
