SDD: “Disciplining” a child could lead to abuse

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Social Development Department (SDD) recorded its highest number of sexual related cases last year, divulged Stacie Stoutt-James, Supervisor of the Family and Children Services, which can be credited to the hard work put in by social workers in educating children about protecting their bodies.
