ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The presence of timid eyes, uncertainty and even a few tears were noticed before Stephanie Brewley-George, with some assistance from First District Representative Hon. Andrew Fahie, transformed the atmosphere at the 6th District Community Centre with their pep talks that soon had everyone mixing and mingling and ready to learn.
