Midwife shortage: No local midwives in VI!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Nursing Director of Peebles Hospital, Mrs. Jacinth Campbell-Hannibal, in presenting her remarks on International Midwives Day, revealed that of 12 Midwives at the Peebles Hospital none of them are locals of the Virgin Islands.
