PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – Prior to hustling to the House of Assembly yesterday October 9, 2012, Premier Dr. D. Orlando Smith, OBE, made his way to Paraquita Bay for the official hand over of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) Culinary Arts Centre.
