deCastro questions if new health care scheme covers herbalists

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Talk show host Donald deCastro disclosed that he “does not put any drugs in his body” and wants to know if the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), which will be designed to allow more residents in the Virgin Islands wider access to health care, will cater for herbalists and naturalists.
