SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI - The basketball court at Sea Cows Bay has taken on a spanking new look with its recent resurfacing and the facility has seemed to have sparked a renewed interest among youths in the game as more persons, even from outside of the district, are utilizing the facility.
