Survey indicates children sexually active at age 9- Dr. Irad Potter
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Children in the Virgin Islands are reportedly sexually active as young as 9 years of age, according to information coming out of the Standing Finance Committee (SFC)deliberations over the 2013 National Budget.
