ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Virgin Islands News Online has found it necessary to respond to a very misleading article, which appeared on one of the pro-government online news sites on October 4, 2012 under the headline "Breaking News: Dr. O'Neal Wins Libel Case Against VINO; Damages To Be Awarded Soon".
Contracts signed on hood of cars days before 2007 elections!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Leader of the Opposition Hon. Ralph T. O’Neal has asked whether it is only alright for the National Democratic Party (NDP) Government to sign contracts prior to General Elections and has called on the ruling party to be up front and honest and not try to mislead people.
