Can you read. The first paragraph states the charges. It does not say anything about charged for shooting himself

He was charged with gun charges because it was his gun. The person he was fighting with grabbed the gun and shot him.

This reporting is confusing. First one man was taken to the hospital apparently being shot with his own gun. Yet a person was resisting arrest and charged for carring an illegal weapon. Is it the same person or is it 2 different person?
