NANNY CAY, Tortola, VI – It has not been a week yet since the management of Rite Way Food Market opened its new branch at Nanny Cay and according to the Branch Manager Ms Jacintha H. Weekes business is already booming.

“For sales, we are up there. I am happy and excited for upcoming business,” said Ms Weekes.

A visit to the new branch yesterday January 24, 2015 proved just that as Ms Weekes and her staff were being kept on their feet dealing with an influx of customers. She told this news site that the management of Rite Way Food Market’s opening up of the new branch was in response to an invitation of the owners of Nanny Cay.

She said that Nanny Cay’s management was long crying out for a supermarket that was of a high standard, one that has the capacity to fulfill the needs of its clientele and at the same time do so in an environment that is very welcoming and friendly to customers.

Ms Weekes said that her bosses knew that Rite Way filled those expectations quite comfortably and immediately jumped at the opportunity. “We not regretting this, the demands for our products are very high, people are shopping, the business is already booming and very soon we will be looking at doing provisioning from here as well.”

Key to them currently meeting the demands for product and services at Nanny Cay also depends greatly on the close cooperation with the retail drivers who so far have been giving their full support and coordination in getting what is needed to the store in a timely fashion. “So we are working along with our wholesale department to get us stuff as quickly as we can.”

She said that currently the only challenge they have in expanding to their fullest is that of space but given their ability to skillfully maximize the usage of the available space they have, Rite Way Food Market will do its best to make as many items available for their customers at that end.

“Here we have a little of almost everything that we have at our other branches,” said Ms Weekes.

The doors of the new branch were officially opened on January 22, 2015.
