CANE GARDEN BAY, Tortola, VI – As the BVI Spring Fest continued at Myett's Beach Front in Cane Garden Bay last evening March 5, 2016, a smaller crowd compared to the first night, but a crowd nonetheless, turned out to party to the vibes of Poizon, Hypa Active, Patrice Roberts and Demarco.

The headliner for the show was clearly Demarco who was the last to appear and performed several of his hits, from new ones to those he’s more well known for.

Demarco came on the stage about 2:10 am today March 6, 2016 but was plagued by audio issues for a considerable period of time.

However, after these issues were resolved, the Jamaican DJ known for his heavy use of autotunes to modify his voice on recordings, performed his new songs ‘Right Now Me Want F***’ and ‘Dem Nah Like We. Soca diva Patrice Roberts from Trinidad and Tobago had the crowd gyrating earlier in the evening, especially the ladies.

She performed a number of hits which have become popular among soca lovers over the years.

These included ‘Take A Whine Pun Somebody’, ‘Till Ah Old And Grey’, ‘We Gon Jump up For De Carnival’ and ‘Temper Whine’.

The action continues today with Latin Fiesta and Black Jack Run.

Steve at his last stop. Hope he play Myett's fair. There is no one else left in CGBay for him to play..Learn to build bridges steve. The only way is to be truthful, respectful and honest. Try that. You will be better.

People who complain about noise for just a night or two need to live in long bush with a generator as loud as a Jet enchine almost every night. I have no problem sleeping. They will either sleep or kill themselves. Stop complaining.

It wasnt the best ... but it was great in its own way!! I was dissappointed that VIBE didnt play last night .. and didnt had the audacity to inform the crowd.... people just had to come to their sense to up and leave !!! Come on man people paid their good 40 to attend .. show some Goddam respect nuh man... you shut down the stage lights and bail ... only to come Crystal and see a band member arrive 10 mins after ... like he was already on his way to town while patrons there waiting on them to play. Steve I know you mean well ... but hmmmm...

They felt betrayed because showtime opened from the night before

Why would they feel that way. Boy ahyo Tola people like stir up drama. The sick stuff that does brew in your brains. You all need to grow up and stop being negative. The band didn't have power to perform nor didn't they get the opportunity to announce they will play on Sunday instead. Sometimes we should find out stuff before being negative. That showtime and vibe drama out dated. Them man don't have time for hate. Both bands move on and so should you. One love

Clearly there was a generator problem, Vibe was set to play. But if there's no current how can they announce anything. Smh you people are weird
