Some of you people really do beleive some hogwash. The bible is an elaborate piece of fiction written 2000 years ago. Do you beleive in fairies, gremlins, big foot and the Loch Ness monster also?

@really aka Alred stop disguising yourself. The people of the British Virgin Islands believe in God. This is the foundation our forefathers laid for us and we are NOT GOING TO ALLOW you to change that!!!!!!!!!! GET IT"?????? It is time to rally our "christian" troops and prevent these people from multiplying on us. If this happens, you know what will follow????????? Our children will be coming home from school telling us they are no longer permitted to pray (we cant let this happen) When I use to go school, boys couldn't go to school unless their hair is trimmed. Today, "IT IS MY RELIGIOUS RIGHT TO SEND MY CHILD TO SCHOOL WITH DREAD LOCKS". How far and how deep are we going to let our "RIGHTS" take us. We need to nip this in the bud now!!!!! There's no room for atheism in our territory, NONE!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not alred. Try to remember how the people of the BVI became christians? It was done in the most horrific way, as was done over much of the christian world

I dont' agree with you but let's say it was done in the most horrific way, are we still uneducated? are we still oppressed? Do we have a gun to our heads? Is there a slave master outside the doors of our home with a whip forcing us to read this "white man" book? Is there a slave master in our car whipping us to church on Sunday? I could care less how we became christians, I'm just grateful that I am counted among the few that are I think the one oppressed is you, because rather than allowing people to waste their time thinking there is an imaginary god, you are wasting your time talking about someone that don't exist. If God don't exist, stop wasting your time talking about him, and trying to convince me and my children he doesn't. geezz

We need to keep people like you OUT OF OUR SCHOOLS. We need to keep people like you FROM BEING ELECTED. We need to keep people like you AWAY FROM ANY FORM OF LEADERSHIP OTHERWISE WE ARE GOING TO HAVE THE BVI SWAMPED WITH A BUNCH AU "MADALYN O'HAIRS AND FRETT

Do you actually listen to yourself? Are you so brainwashed that you cannot look outside of the box? Can you not think for yourself but just spout off what you have heard your preachers say in church. This is why Tola is becoming so backwards - the inability to think, the inability to understand different concepts and the inability to accept change. 2000 years ago your little fiction story made sense as people didnt know better, now people do, they have been educated, yet you are still stuck in a timewarp - like so many others. Even if i was a religious person, why is your religion any more right thank anyone elses? Why do argue there is only one god and not many (or none). Get yourself educated and then make educated remarks. Reading one book for 50 years and interpretting it in 1000 diferent ways when the original story is around 2000 years doesn't do it in 2012! Love your neighbour, not your little book

Given the choice of dying from cancer or some other disease in a hospice in Germany or dying at the age of 83 on a cruise i think i know which way i would like to depart this world. Sad for the family to lose a loved one but be at peace that this was a beautiful way to go.

I disagree, if I am blessed to become an Octogenarian, and learned that I was terminally ill, I think it is unwise and selfish to board a cruise. I think that a terminally ill person should not be permitted, for health issues, in public places. Hence, I believe that a hospice or other controlled environment is where that person should be.

Nasty - you see how your mind works? nastilly. I didn't insinuate that the man was terminally ill, but if he was there is nothing wrong with him wanting to have one last vacation. Maybe if you are ever diagnosed to be terminally ill you would have a last wish and one of your family say "oh no you are terminally ill - go in your bed and wait until your time is up"
