CCT Advisory: Duplicate SMS messages

CCT has issued an advisory informing customers of a duplicate message issue affecting its customers. Photo: CCT
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - CCT would like to inform its valued customers of a service issue affecting SMS messages.

As a result of this issue, in some cases text messages sent from CCT customers to customers of one of the other BVI cellular companies are delivered multiple times.

CCT engineers are working with the engineers of the other BVI cellular company to make sure that the issue is rectified as soon as possible.

CCT would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
