Captain Mulligan’s expansion continues; ‘More space coming’-Randy George
Over the years, the owner Mr Randy George has executed his business plan in phases. He started out first with a sleepy unassuming bar.
Following that, he opened a kitchen selling burger and fries. Today, Mr George has expanded his kitchen with an attractive menu and many more employees.
Another portion of his expansion phase was a few months ago when he upgraded both the male and female restrooms, which created more space and a more sophisticated feeling even in that area.
Additionally, the new phase currently under construction is an upstairs and downstairs building where, according to Mr George, “it will create more space for corporate functions, events like staff parties and provide more entertainment.”
He said there will also be another expansion of the kitchen and all the work being done will be “wheelchair friendly.”
Moving ahead with business plan expansion- George
Mr George disclosed that he expects this phase of the project to be completed by the end of February 2018; however, he declined to comment on the cost of the project.
Despite hurricanes Irma and Maria devastating the Territory and the economy in September 2017 the businessman said, “I am pushing forward with our business expansion plan.”
Captain Mulligan’s has over the years attracted some of the biggest crowds for international sporting events, such as the American Super Bowl, the NBA playoffs and European Soccer games.
Mr George also told our newsroom that his bar and restaurant will be opened throughout the holiday season- Christmas Day, Boxing Day as well as Old Year’s and New Year's Day.
There will be the usual Old Year's- New Year's list of events, which include live bands and disc jockeys.

and who designed it? Bad designs don't help with comfortable character. it only keeps getting bigger because there is no where else around. too bad Jolly Roger and other bars have closed. it is probably going to appeal to the hundreds of condo owners on Nanny Cay too. good luck.
