Has the police turnt over their investigation to religious authorities to check for possible spiritual malpratice. Brakes dont give out, and people unconscious? Clearly signs of magic.

@Nick. The only magic here is that the owner of the vehicle dont maintain the vehicle on a regular basis

There should be a law against people riding in the back of trucks. I LIVED IN THE UNITED STATES FOR A WHILE AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO RIDE IN THE BACK OF A TRUCK FOR SAFETY REASONS. I GET NERVOUS WHEN I SEE PEOPLE PACK UP IN THE BACK OF A TRUCK. PEOPLE PLEASE STOP PLAYING RUSSIAN ROULETTE WITH YOUR LIVES.

Yes but, unfortunately, like scooter drivers wearing helmets, and all drivers not talking on mobile phones without hands-free devices, it would be a law that remains unenforced.

If you don't service your vehicles often that can happened.
I had to change my rear brakes immediately a day after i decided to lower my windows while driving and heard the scraping annoying sound. If i didn't then eventually i could have gotten brakes failure and get in an accident.
