Boat flips in waters near West End

WEST END, Tortola, VI- A powerboat with some four passengers on-board capsized late last evening, Sunday, May 19, 2019 in waters off West End, on the main island of Tortola.
The incident, according to reports reaching Virgin Islands News Online, occurred sometime before 10:00pm.
It is unclear what led to the vessel flipping.
At least two of the passengers received minor scratches about their bodies.
