I totally agree. Most of them hang out at the top of the hill all day and night. The police need to raid up there on a regular basis.

I am not dawc, but Shaquille has had the opportunity in spite of his mother's passing and his father's absence, to be loved and nurtured by people who has cared for and love him as one of their own, since childhood. Maybe he needs some type of psychological therapy for him to understand that having an absent father and loosing your mother at a young age doesn't mean you can't walk a straight path, do well in life and stay the hell away from bad influences under the tree at the top of the hill. Your start in life doesn't have to be your end.

Shaquille if you are reading this I need you to straighten up your life and stop embarrassing my great aunt and her family. They have loved you from childhood like one of their own. When you get yourself in trouble they hurt just as your mother would if she was here today. Please please get your life together. If prison offers counseling services then seek it out with a sincere heart to better yourself.
To the young men under the tree, you are tarnishing Belle Vue which in the pass has produced individuals who have gone on to accomplish much, doing great things in life in service to others. We want that kind of community back...how can be help you'll do better?
