ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Below is the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Arrest Blotters for the period April 21 to April 27, 2013.

COMMON ASSAULT

On 21-04-2013 at 1815hrs, Police arrested and charged Kemchan Paltooram, 31, a Guyanese national residing at Purcell Estate for the offence of Common Assault. Bail was granted in the sum of $5,000 with one surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 24-05-2013.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

  1. On 22-04-2013 at 0215hrs, Police arrested and charged Gregory Eversley Davis of Meyers Estate for the offence of Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm. Bail was granted in the sum of $5000 signed with one surety to appear at the Magistrate's Court on 10-06-2013.
  2. On 24-04-2013 at 1634hrs, Police arrested and charged Dillon Findlay, 18, a student of the Elmore Stoutt High School for Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm

THEFT

  1. On 22-04-2013 at 1640hrs, Police arrested and charged Travis Isaac, 26, of Valley for the offence of Theft. Bail was granted in the sum of $5,000 signed by one surety to appear in the Magistrate’s Court on 27-05-2013.
  2. On 27-04-2013 at 0930hrs, Police arrested and charged Shazar Richardson, 18, of Bellevue Tortola for Theft.
