Anita M. Kmall placed knife @ man’s throat & threatened to kill him – court hears
Kmall informed the court that she was prepared to stand her own defense as she had no intentions or hiring a lawyer as two charges were read to her. They were, being armed with an offensive weapon (knife) with intent to commit a criminal act and for common assault for unlawfully assaulting the virtual compliant.
According to the allegations against the woman she had gone to the Huntum’s Ghut home of the Virtual Complainant on May 1, 2014 when he was forced to ward off an attack by the woman amidst threats to kill him.
According the allegations the defendant had let her into his home on the day in question and while on his bed the woman told him, “I don’t deserve this,” and that she was going to kill him. She then allegedly started hitting and scratching him in the region of his chest. He managed to push her away but the two struggled until they were in the kitchen where the accused armed herself with a knife and placed it at his throat.
The court heard that the man held on to the knife, one hand on the handle and the other on the blade and in pushing the knife from his throat he was cut in one hand. It was at that stage he managed to run out the house and headed to the Road Town Police Station where he made the report. The court heard that what had appeared to have been blood was seen on his hand and he was taken to the Peebles ospital where he was treated.
Kmall allegedly told police officer when question, “Whatever Isaac say I did is true." She then refused under caution to give a recorded interview to the police officer.
Today she pleaded not guilty to both charges and is to return to court on November 5, 2014 for the commencement of trial.

This is simple a court matter we don't know if the Guy was abusing the young lady, so don't jump into conclusion please.
Abuse by men takes many forms including very subtle forms. It is not only physical hitting is abuse. A lot of men, egged on by their nasty wh.res, mentally and emotionally abuse their partners.

I hope vino make this post visible. All stories have two sides. Since i knew this young lady i also knew all the crap and abuse she is taking from I..... The truth is just because she don't want to be with him anymore he can't accept it. And besides enough is enough. So you could go ahead and blame her. The truth will soon be out.

You people see her as the abuser, this was a good woman before he met I..... I.... abused his wife and now abusing this woman also. This one did not take it and stood up for her right. So sad that as soon as she did something he runs to the cops. When he was abusing her no one saw!!! If you are to send , send both of them back. I.... abuse sooo many women.
