Young man/woman: we’re not perfect. No one is perfect. But not because we’re not perfect doesn’t mean we Can’t make better choices in life. Being under passion and pressure do cause for actions we regret.

I’ll challenge my phone network Digicel to set up a texting data base we’re people who’s having issues especially being bullied can text someone like myself. those who having issues without knowing who they are but obviously they would know who their texting.

I believe youngsters need other opinions bedside parents/ friends etc but just someone we can relate /be open minded and most of call be confidential. It’s sad all 4 life was cut short for sometimes the worse death is the slow and painful kind.

Good job by the RVIPF on this case. It's nice to see the hands of justice in motion. Now, let's get the other killers for the other unsolved murders off the streets and behind bars where they belong...but I think 6ft under will be a better place for them.

Good job RVIP??? They get hand this case with a red bow tie by these children!!!! I'd Say good job when they stop going after people for joints to make up for they lack of ability to solve actual cases! I'll say GOOD JOB when they start acting like policemen and not GOD! I'm happy that passion's killers were caught but good job RVIP? try again.

Dont give police no props. Even though that young lady so wrong on all levels and i think she should get the longest sentence for luring that young man to his death, i am glad she opened her mouth and spoke. We all know the police couldnt solve a thing, and we all know why.

It probably in not one single thing, it was probably multiple things, many or all things in the general swirl of unpredictable chaos of this murder plot.

But they killed the man so you go figure.

Allegations? Pictures and phone records don't lie. Its not like they don't have evidence. The real question you should be asking is what kind of person would lure a man out there, raise up his nature and pretendingly excuse yourself to urinate just so the man could be peppered with bullets??? That's the question on everyone's mind except yours. May God help us all. There is a better way to life. Choose Jesus Christ!!!

I wonder how long Harrigan will get for possession of a firearm. Considering his heritage, I would wager not very long. The two foreigners will go down for this.

    "Taking of Conveyance"...

For god sake, would they change that stupid term. He was charged with THEFT! He stole. What the hell is taking a conveyance??
    • biker (06/03/2018, 21:01) Like (12) Dislike (0) Reply
Actually this 'crime' is known as TCWOC or TWOC which is 'taking a conveyance without consent' and is a relic of the English law. Back in Victorian England young country lads would 'borrow' a horse or a horse drawn carriage to get home at night after the pubs closed. The borrowed conveyance would usually be found the next morning by the local constable who would then charge the landowner with TWOC. The penalty was usually a small fine, return of the conveyance to the owner and compensation for any damage. Somehow this quaint country law was applied to motor vehicles in the early 20th century and has somehow managed to survive into the 21st century. In the BVI dinghy thieves are usually charged with TWOC and are barely punished. TWOC is just one of these out of date laws we still have to live with in this British colony

I think the person was referring to the fact that Mr. Bernard committed enough crimes prior to this one that he should not have been in the BVI to carryout his most recent crime had the governor deported him earlier.

Didn't you hear what her role was, she was the honey trap, a British term used to lure one to their demise, although she was an accessory she was a planner of the event, so she is culpable of Murder (pre-meditated) this would be a matter for the jury to decide, if they say she not guilty, then she will walk. However been an accessory to murder could be a backup charge they got her on, if the jury says no to Murder, but as it is under English Law the Crown go for Murder or nothing, the chances for Murder with a jury is 50/50. Just check the case of The Queen v. Lorne Parsons, Clinton Ham and Selena Varlack, Court of Appeal, even reaching the British Privy Council. Read it and you'll get the jiss.
