A Construction Company is seeking qualified persons to fit the following positions.

Project Manager: Must have professional qualifications in project management. A minimum of 10 years working experience in large construction projects especially resort type work. Must have the ability to manage multiple phase construction projects.

Quantity Surveyor: Must have professional qualifications and at least 3 references. A minimum of 10 years working experience and must be proficient in word, excel, project, timberline/primervera scheduling software. Having the ability to multi task and under take large take offs is a plus. Work on resort type projects is highly recommended. This person must also be self motivated and have a working knowledge of FDIC and AIA contracts.

Site Manager: Must have professional qualifications in construction management and has worked on large projects that require fast track construction. Must have the ability to motivate others and excel in record keeping. A minimum of 5 years experience is required along with 3 references.

Quality Control Superintendent: Must have professional qualifications in construction management and has worked on large projects that require fast track construction. Must have the ability to motivate others and excel in record keeping. A minimum of 5 years experience is required along with 3 references.
