16-yr-old male charged for alleged sexual intercourse with girl under 13

A 16-year-old male accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a girl under 13 years of age was granted bail in the amount of $40,000 with one signed surety when he appeared at the Magistrate’s Court. Photo: VINO/File
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A 16-year-old male is before the courts for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a girl under 13 years of age.

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), via its Arrest Blotter released today, June 13, 2019, the 16-year-old male was arrested and charged on June 4, 2019.

He appeared at the Magistrate’s Court and was granted bail in the amount of $40,000 with one signed surety and is to reappear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 11, 2019.

Wounding

1. On June 2, 2019 at 08:20am, Police arrested and charged Tamar Archibald, 37 of Harrigan’s Estate for Wounding. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 11, 2019.

2. On June 7, 2019 at 23:54pm, Police arrested and charged Noel Frias, 27 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda for Wounding. He was granted bail in the amount of $10,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 19, 2019.

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm

1. On June 5, 2019 at 16:52pm, Police arrested and charged Soroyni De Los Satos, an 18-year-old native of Santo Domingo for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. She was granted bail in the amount of $3,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 18, 2019 at 09:00am.

2. On June 8, 2019 at 10:20am, Police arrested and charged Rhoshelle McQueen, 26 of East End for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. She was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 19, 2019 at 09:00am.

Possession of an offensive weapon

On June 5, 2019 at 18:55pm, Police arrested and charged Kevon Baronville for Possession of an Offensive Weapon, 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct and 2 counts of Abusive Language. He was granted bail in the amount of $1,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 17, 2019 at 09:00am.

Refusing to give name and address

On June 5, 2019 at 18:25pm, Police arrested charged Deyling Castro, of Pasea Estate for Refusing to Give Name and Address. He was granted bail in the amount of $1,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on July 17, 2019 at 09:00am.
