ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Obstetrics Ward at Peebles Hospital is delighted to announce that the first baby for 2016 was born on Saturday January 2, 2016.

Zeniyah Herbert, a baby girl weighing five pounds and four ounces, was born at 10:18 pm to Mrs Kaliah Herbert.

The Director of Nursing Services Mrs Gretchen Hodge-Penn and several nurses from the Obstetrics Ward presented the mom and baby Zeniyah’s big sister with a gift basket for the new baby.

The British Virgin Islands Health Services Authority celebrates the Herbert family and welcomes the first baby for the New Year.
