'You all are more fragmented now than you were in 2019'- Skelton-Cline to NDP
During the July 21, 2026, airing of his show on ZBVI 780 AM, Skelton-Cline said he was informed of a retreat held by the NDP on Saturday, July 18, 2026, where they spoke eloquently about the problems in the Virgin Islands (VI).
“What the government ain’t doing and how they mismanaging this, and I want to ask the National Democratic Party one thing: Do you have a strategy to win?”
He added that the party members can talk about all the problems in the country, but would not be able to fix them if they cannot secure a win at the polls to form the next government.
“Because if you don’t win, you can’t fix none of them things you talking about. You got to figure out how you going to win. And I told you last week how you can win.”
NDP more fragmented than before
Tuesday’s Honestly Speaking was titled ‘Be careful not to hitch your futures on the wrong horse’, and Skelton-Cline did not mince his words when speaking about the NDP.
“You all are more fragmented now than you were in 2019,” he accused. He explained that while the internal election of the party held on April 18, 2026, was “fair and square”, with Hon Marlon A. Penn (R8) being the legitimate Chairman and party leader, the focus must now be on having a winning product for the next elections.
“I understand you want to honour it, but I want to ask you one thing. Are you going to choose image over results? How you going to win? Hon Vanterpool is to the left. You’re not sure where Hon Skelton is. You ain’t sure where Hon Walwyn is. How you going to win? What’s your strategy?…and then you all want to beat the Virgin Islands Party government.”
He asked the NDP how they planned on beating the incumbent Virgin Islands Party when the various factions of the NDP are putting two and three candidates to run in each district.
No more free advice
Skelton-Cline added that “other teams” are angry that he is advising the NDP on his show.
“They’re telling me I’m giving you free advice. Why am I encouraging you all to come together?”
Skelton-Cline said last week will be the last week he gives free advice, adding, “After that, whoever wants me has to hire me.”

The people of the B.V.I are now in a confusing state of mind than were they in time past. Selfish mindedness has greatly increased, and continuing increasing fastly, daily. Daily practical unrighteous living among ourselves remains our greatest problem, as is among people everywhere on this sin infested earth experiencing, generally.
NOBODY WANTS YOU OR TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!!!!!
Thank you, finally no more C.O.S-C.
Please nobody give him money.
